Rachel Ciporen, Ed.D Candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership, is an Executive Coach with several of the Executive Education programs at Columbia's Business School. She also coaches business leaders through her private coaching practice.

Dr. Celeste Corruzzi is co-founder of Veritas Partners LLC, where she consults to major corporations, working directly with CEOs and their executive teams on large-scale change. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Teachers College.

Dr. Terrence Maltbia is the Faculty Director of new Columbia Coaching Certification
Program and has over 20 years of diverse experience as an external and internal organizational effectiveness consultant. He has also developed internal coaching programs for businesses. He is an instructor Teachers College.

Dr. Susan Sandlund is co-founder of Veritas Partners LLC, where she consults to major corporations. Her work includes executive team effectiveness and
coaching, executive assessment and development, and CEO succession planning processes. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Teachers College.

POHDCC: Season Two

Welcome to another season of POHDCC. We're very excited to kick off the semester with a full slate of talks to be presented by our parent organization OHDCC, and a new show called POHDCC: Round Table featuring this season's hosts Warren Kimmel, Whitney Cook, and Paul Hanvongse, and a rotating roster of guests. (Yes, Carl and Serena will be among them).

The Round Table is a work in progress-- sort of a panel discussion over pizza and adult beverages. We're going to continue to bridge the gap between the classroom and the boardroom by attempting to use our book smarts (and street smarts) to explore some real-world business issues.

We're still here.

Even though the spring semester has ended, POHDCC is not going on a break-- yet. We still have plenty of material queued up for release, including the recent talk given to OHDCC by Dr. W. Warner Burke.

We'll miss Carl, who is leaving us to go on to greener pastures (a.k.a. Houston). Rest assured, though, that we're already looking at building a team for the fall season who will be able to expand upon what we've created and take the podcast to that 'next level' that everybody talks about. We'll have a bunch of new original content, new OHDCC talks to share, and who knows what else.

Finals are almost over.

Yes, we know-- it's been well over a week since The Apprentice finale, and we haven't put an episode up yet. We have no excuse. Except for finals. And papers. And the SIOP conference. And more finals. Also a paper. Did we mention that we'll have some interesting post-SIOP podcast material in the future?
